Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of pexon.shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of pexon.shop.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Before deciding on the transbot, I scoured the internet for an AI robot that utilizes Nvidia's powerful Jetson Nano developer kit. The Yahboom transbot emerged as the most sophisticated and comprehensive AI robot available. Having experimented with numerous robots since my days on a top-tier high school robotics team, I found the Yahboom transbot to be the most user-friendly and all-encompassing model. It eliminates the laborious task of sourcing mechanical/electronic components and assembling them. Assembly was quick, and with some luck, you can have the robot operational in no time, thanks to Yahboom's pre-loaded flash drive with a full suite of software modules, and app compatibility. The robot can be controlled via a mobile app or joysticks, paving the way for an authentic AI robot exploration. Yahboom offers extensive courses and examples for AI robot development, allowing for the creation of personalized AI robots.
This kit is exceptional. Its design is quite appealing, and its durability exceeded my expectations. I've successfully completed the initial hardware and software installations, and the documentation was quite helpful. I encountered an issue with a defective SD card, for which I've purchased a replacement, and I'm awaiting a response from support regarding a replacement. Despite some initial hardware issues, fully charging the battery and checking all connections resolved the problems, and everything is now functioning perfectly.
Initially, setting up the wifi presented some challenges. However, Yahboom cleverly provides three initial setup options (direct monitor/keyboard, wifi hotspot, or USB), with the USB connection proving to be a simple solution for me. The system runs on a fairly standard Ubuntu OS, with familiar controls and packages, facilitating an easy setup. Remote control via an Android app over wifi was impressively smooth, allowing for an immediate showcase of the robot's basic functionalities. The robot also features built-in modes that leverage the AI engine in innovative ways.
This robot impresses with its robust hardware and software, showcasing notable intelligence capabilities. Built on a high-performance frame, it serves as a dynamic mobile intelligence unit. Despite its advanced features, the interfaces and tools are surprisingly straightforward, making it an excellent educational tool for both robotics and AI, individually or combined. Teaching AI typically involves tedious textbook study without practical application, making a functioning robot the ideal platform.
This robotic kit is the finest I've ever had the pleasure of using. Its engineering excellence is evident in its design and construction. The materials and components are top-notch and durable. The inclusion of a carry case is a thoughtful addition. The assembly process is clear-cut, although there's a slight catch. The instructional videos are beneficial and well-produced, taking about six hours from start to completion.
